Alchemist Tips and Guide:
This is the most under-rated hero in Dota as far as I know because most people would thought that alchemist is only good for farming, tanking and battle support(using Acid Spray), not as a killer that dominates the game. I also heared that Alchemist is only good for late game and weak in early game. But to me, it is the most dangerous hero in both early and late game. This is my favorite hero in DOTA, and I always pray that I’ll get this one during random mode.
So why is this blue skinned ogre with a goblin on its back is my favorite? Because he has the most dangerous stunning ability. Unstable Concoction (UC) is your best weapon if you know how to use it. At the start of the game, level up this skill fast and bully whoever is in your lane. The mana cost of this skill is fixed to 75, you can spam it at the start to keep them going back home or kill them by chance. At level 6, get chemical rage because it helps you regenerate your mana too. The UC has a starting range of 650 and it will increase by 50 every level. You don’t need to worry about channeling it for a while if you are at the back of you creeps. If your opponent tries to hit then that is his/her problem. Your creeps will start to hit your opponent and when you channeling is finished, I smell first blood. Every second he channels adds 60 damage and 1 second stun, if you are successful channeling up to 3-4 sec while monsters hitting your opponent then that guy is in trouble.
I don’t need to tell everything how the alchemist plays I think you already understand how the UC works. Just becareful using it if you are far from your tower, ambush is unexpected (that’s why its called "ambush").
Ok I can stun him… now what?
Quit playing this game if you ask this question. Take the initiative to kill, maximum stun duration is 5 seconds and 5 seconds is very painful. The target is sure dead specially on 5 versus 5 game.
Recommended Items:
-Boots of Travel(why not threads? Chemical Rage will add attack speed too, if your planning more attack speed its up to you)
-Radiance (you want more gold? then farm)
-Assault Curias (After farming and hardwork, here’s your reward. This is why you don’t need threads)
-Satanic (no one can kill you now)
-Battle Fury (you can do this first before radiance, good for farming too)
My whole point about using alchemist is do take advantage on UC than Acid Spray. Acid Spray won’t help much at the start and it cost you a lot of mana.

oist code! u have anything about Pugna? he’s my fave DOTA hero ^^

I really don’t like Alchemist, I tried mastering this character but I always get killed in early game. When I read this, it somehow helped me. Thanks man! I’ll try this one.

Yeah, Alchemist is my favorite hero! My build is different to this though. My build goes like this: to start with buy a bracer, then farm your lane with Goblins Greed and Acid Spray, then buy another bracer and strength Power Treads. So your inventory should be 2 bracers and power treads. You should now farm gold to buy Sange&Yasha. Once you got S&Y you need some damage, and with such a good attack speed from Chemical Rage, a Cranium Basher works perfectly. 1 more slot in your inventory and the Alchemist armor is simply terrible, so you now need to farm like hell for Assualt Cuirass. Once you got all this you should be imba, but then of course, you farm more and buy Satanic, then Eye of Skagadi - these 2 replace the bracers. Then its GG, you own everyone.
